1. About Us

These terms govern your use of the Pastel Pixel Prints website and the purchase of products from our shop. By placing an order you agree to these terms in full. Pastel Pixel Prints operates at pastelpixelprints.uk. You can reach us at hello@pastelpixelprints.uk.

2. Products

All products are handcrafted and 3D printed to order. As a result:

• Colours may vary slightly from product photos due to monitor calibration and filament batch differences.
• Small layer lines or surface textures are a natural characteristic of 3D printing, not a defect.
• We reserve the right to substitute a filament colour with a close alternative if a colour becomes unavailable, and will notify you before doing so.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; any price change will not affect an order already placed.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or handle your card details. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, we begin production promptly. Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing hello@pastelpixelprints.uk. After this window, cancellations may not be possible as production will have started.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to the UK, US, Canada, and Australia. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct — we cannot be held responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@pastelpixelprints.uk with a photo of the damage. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have a right to cancel an order within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to the consumer's specifications. As our products are printed to order, this exemption may apply.

7. Custom Orders

Custom order requests are accepted at our discretion. For custom work:

• A quote will be provided before any payment is taken.
• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
• We reserve the right to decline any request we consider inappropriate or technically infeasible.
• You confirm that any reference materials or designs you provide do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product designs, images, text, and graphics — is the property of Pastel Pixel Prints. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pastel Pixel Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
