Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive within 2 weeks. International orders (outside the UK) can take up to 30 days. These times include printing, quality checking, and packing your order before it ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia. If your country isn't listed at checkout, feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to help.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also view your order history at any time via the My Orders page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start printing orders quickly so changes aren't always possible, but get in touch via our contact form as soon as possible and we'll do our best.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email — what should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us with your email address and we'll resend it.
Products & Materials
What are your products made from?
All our pieces are 3D printed using high-quality PLA (polylactic acid) filament. PLA is a plant-based biodegradable plastic that produces crisp detail and vibrant pastel colours.
How durable are the prints?
Our prints are solid and built to last as display pieces and accessories. Like all PLA products, avoid leaving them in direct sunlight for extended periods or in hot cars, as high temperatures can cause warping.
How should I care for my prints?
Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid submerging in water, harsh cleaning products, or excessive heat. Keep out of direct sunlight to preserve the colours.
The colours look slightly different to the photos — is that normal?
Yes, slight colour variations can occur between screen displays and the actual printed product. We do our best to photograph products accurately but small differences are a natural part of the 3D printing process.
Do you offer colour options?
Many of our products are available in multiple pastel colours — check the product page for available options. If you don't see the colour you want, drop us a message and we'll see what we can do.
Customisation
Can I request a custom design?
We love custom requests! Get in touch via our contact form with your idea and we'll let you know if it's something we can make.
Can I add a personalised message or gift note?
Yes — use the Order Notes field at checkout to include any special instructions, gift messages, or personalisation details and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to contact us about a return. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for details.
When can I get a refund?
Refunds are issued when an item arrives damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the item and packaging within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it out.
Can I return an item if I just change my mind?
Because each item is made to order we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns. If something isn't right, please reach out and we'll always try to find a solution.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Do you accept discount codes?
Yes! Enter your discount code in the Stripe checkout page. If you have a code and it's not working, get in touch and we'll help.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never see or store your card details.
