Our Policy at a Glance

Return window: 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Refunds: Issued only for items that arrive damaged in transit.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to contact us about a return. After this period we are unable to accept return requests.

To start a return, please email us at hello@pastelpixelprints.uk with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

2. When Refunds Are Issued

Because each item is handcrafted to order, we are only able to issue refunds when a product arrives damaged in transit. This includes:

  • Broken or cracked prints caused by shipping damage
  • Items crushed or deformed in delivery
  • Significant damage to packaging that has affected the product

We do not offer refunds for minor colour variations between screens, general change-of-mind returns, or items damaged after delivery.

3. How to Report Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A brief description of the damage

We will review your request and, if approved, process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Return Shipping

In most cases of transit damage you will not need to return the item — we may ask for photos only. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and cover reasonable return postage costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items damaged through misuse or after delivery
  • Change-of-mind returns on made-to-order products
  • Digital products or downloadable content
